Telecaller

Role Summary: - You will call qualified leads, brief them on the project (price, configurations, amenities, location/ROI), qualify their requirements, and convert them to confirmed site visits. You’ll coordinate with the on-ground sales team for closures and diligently update the CRM. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to new leads and promptly call back missed/incoming leads. Give a clear, consultative pitch on [Project Name] (unit types, ticket size/price band, offers, possession timelines, location advantages). Qualify prospects on budget, need, timeline, funding (home loan/self), & decision makers. Schedule, confirm, and reschedule site visits; share Google Map pin and appointment details; coordinate cab/driver if applicable. Send brochures, floor plans, price sheets, and offers via WhatsApp/email; handle basic objections. Record every interaction in the CRM (e.g., LeadSquared/Zoho) with accurate stage, notes, and next action. Follow up post-visit to capture feedback and move prospects to negotiation/booking with the sales manager.
