Role Description

This is an internship role for a Telecaller, located on-site in Dehradun. The Telecaller Intern will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective and existing customers, explaining the features of our financial products, answering customer queries, and documenting customer interactions. Day-to-day tasks also include customer follow-ups, providing timely updates to the team, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of financial products and services is a plus.
• Must have basic knowledge of Excel.
• Ability to handle customer inquiries and provide detailed product information
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Demonstrates eagerness to learn and grow in this role and field.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent; pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, or related field is a plus.

• Open to freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.
