Coordination with Credit and Operations teams is key to ensuring smooth processing and high conversion. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers. Handle inbound inquiries and provide necessary information. Explain products/services and address customer queries. Generate leads and schedule appointments or product demos. Maintain daily call logs and update CRM systems. Follow up with customers and leads regularly. Meet assigned targets for calls, conversions, and follow-ups.
