Telecaller - Intern

Job Description:
We are looking for a female telecaller with strong communication and persuasive skills to join our real estate sales team. The candidate will handle outbound and inbound calls, explain property details, generate leads, and coordinate site visits. She must be fluent and confident in English, able to engage with clients professionally, and support the sales team in achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain property/project details.
• Handle incoming calls and respond to queries effectively.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule site visits.
• Maintain accurate call logs, lead data, and follow-ups in CRM/Excel.
• Achieve daily and monthly targets for calls and conversions.

Requirements:

• Female candidate preferred
• Proficient in English communication (spoken and written)
• Experience in telecalling/sales/real estate will be an added advantage
• Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented
• Qualification: Graduate/12th pass with relevant experience
