About the Role:

Indoasian Buildcon Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a confident and energetic Pre-Sales Telecaller to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will connect with potential buyers, explain project details, and generate qualified leads for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential customers.
• Present project details, pricing, and amenities in a clear and engaging way.
• Follow up with interested clients and schedule site visits.
• Maintain customer records and update the CRM system regularly.
• Support the sales team by ensuring quality leads and timely follow-ups.
• Meet daily and monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Excellent communication and convincing skills (English, Hindi, Marathi preferred).
• Pleasant personality and strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience in real estate telecalling / pre-sales / customer service preferred.
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
• Graduate / Undergraduate candidates can apply.
