Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller located in Preet Vihar. The Telecaller will be responsible for making daily calls to potential clients, responding to inquiries, ensuring client follow-up, and providing information about our medical services. The role also involves handling client concerns, scheduling appointments, and maintaining a detailed record of all interactions. Qualifications Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally Proficiency in using telecommunication systems and maintaining call records Customer service experience and strong problem-solving abilities Organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus High school diploma or equivalent qualification Show more Show less
