This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telecaller located in Gurugram. The Telecaller will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients and customers, providing information about the platform, answering queries, and setting up appointments. Additional tasks include maintaining call records, providing exceptional customer service, and following up on leads and conversion inquiries.
