• Lead Generation:Making outbound calls to potential clients to introduce property listings and generate interest.
• Property Promotion:Providing detailed information about properties, including features, pricing, and availability.
• Appointment Scheduling:Setting up property viewings and coordinating with the sales team for client meetings.
• Database Management:Updating and maintaining accurate records of client interactions and leads in the CRM system.
• Follow-up:Contacting leads and existing clients to nurture relationships and drive sales.
• Client Handling:Addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and objections professionally.
• Sales Support:Assisting the sales team in achieving their targets and contributing to overall sales performance.
• Market Awareness:Staying informed about current property listings, market trends, and competitor activities.
