Job Description

Making outbound calls to prospective customers or clients from a provided list or database.

Understanding the product or service being offered thoroughly to effectively communicate its features and benefits to potential customers.

Initiating sales calls to generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and close sales deals.

Conducting market research to identify potential customers and their needs.

Handling inbound calls from customers, addressing their queries, providing product information, and resolving complaints or issues.

Maintaining accurate and updated records of calls, interactions, and transactions using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software or other designated systems.

Meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
