Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and persuasive Telecaller Executive to join our team. The role involves making outbound calls, answering inbound inquiries, and converting leads into customers. You will be responsible for promoting products/services, handling customer queries, and maintaining excellent client relationships.
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain company products/services and their benefits.
Generate sales leads and follow up with prospects.
Maintain customer database with accurate and up-to-date information.
Handle inbound calls, resolve queries, and provide product information.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Minimum 2 years of telecalling or customer service experience (Freshers can apply if confident).
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
