Job Summary:

We are looking for a persuasive and results-driven Telecaller to join our admissions/sales team. The role involves contacting prospective students or parents, informing them about our courses/programs, and guiding them through the admission process. You will play a crucial role in converting leads into enrollments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective leads generated through marketing campaigns or other sources.
• Provide detailed information about courses, programs, fee structures, and admission procedures.
• Understand student/parent requirements and suggest suitable programs.
• Follow up on leads via phone, email, and SMS to ensure maximum conversion.
• Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate lead and call data.
• Schedule counseling sessions or appointments with the admissions team when necessary.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
• Handle objections and answer queries professionally and convincingly.
• Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies.
• Provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory.
• 0 - 3 years of experience in telecalling/sales/customer service (experience in education sector preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle pressure and meet sales targets.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and experience with CRM tools.
• Language proficiency: [e.g., English, Hindi, regional language].

Working Hours:

Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM

Salary:

12000 - 18000
