The role involves handling outbound calls, following up on loan-related matters, and ensuring effective communication with customers to support the companys financial services operations. Roles and Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to customers to promote and explain loan products and services . Conduct regular follow-ups on overdue payments , especially overdraft (OD) accounts . Maintain accurate and detailed call records and update customer information in the system. Handle customer queries, provide relevant information, and resolve issues related to loans promptly. Coordinate with the sales and collections team to ensure smooth process flow. Maintain a professional and courteous attitude in all customer interactions. Required Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good understanding of loan products, overdrafts, and financial services . Basic computer proficiency and experience using CRM or calling software. Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure. Fluency in English and Tamil preferred. Preferred Candidate Profile: 2 - 5 years of experience as a Telecaller or in banking/finance customer service roles. Prior experience in NBFCs, banks, or loan recovery departments will be an advantage.
