Job Title: Telecaller / Admission Counselor Department: Sales & Admissions / Customer Support Reports To: Center Manager / Sales Manager / Academic Counselor Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Follow-up Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents from the database or inquiries list. Follow up on leads through calls, messages, or emails to convert them into admissions. Maintain a high level of daily call volume and timely follow-ups. Counseling & Information Sharing Provide detailed information about courses, programs, fees, schedules, and admission procedures. Understand the student’s needs, career goals, and guide them towards suitable programs. Address student or parent queries in a clear and professional manner. Admission Support Assist students throughout the admission process, from inquiry to enrollment. Coordinate with the academic and administration teams for admissions, demo classes, or documentation. Update and maintain accurate student records in CRM or Excel. Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents. Handle incoming calls, messages, and queries courteously and promptly. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication. Reporting & Coordination Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly call reports and admission conversion reports. Coordinate with marketing teams for campaigns and events. Share feedback from prospective students to improve services and marketing strategies. Target Achievement Meet or exceed monthly admission or sales targets set by the management. Participate in promotional activities, open houses, or counseling sessions as required. Job Types: Part-time, Freelance Contract length: 12 months Pay: From ₹5,000.00 per month
