We are looking for energetic and confident Telecallers / Business Development Executives who can reach out to potential clients, promote our IT services, and generate qualified leads for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce company IT services and solutions.
• Explain company products like software development, website design, and digital marketing in simple terms.
• Generate leads, fix appointments, and follow up with interested clients.
• Maintain call records, leads database, and daily reporting.
• Support the field sales team by scheduling meetings and sharing client requirements.
• Achieve monthly calling and lead generation targets.
• Handle inbound inquiries professionally and provide basic service information.

Requirements:

• Graduate / Undergraduate with good communication skills in English and Hindi.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Telecaller / Inside Sales / Business Development Executive, preferably in IT or service-based industries.
• Confident, energetic, and target-driven personality.
• Strong convincing and follow-up skills.
• Own 2-wheeler and valid driving license (mandatory) for client meetings if required.
• Age Limit: 25 to 35 years.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, or Excel).
