This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role located in New Delhi. The Telecaller will be responsible for managing outbound and inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, providing information about our cleaning products, scheduling demonstrations, and following up on leads. The Telecaller will also maintain customer records, handle complaints, and provide exceptional customer service experience.
