Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and provide information about visa and immigration services.
• Explain visa processes, eligibility, and documentation requirements clearly and professionally.
• Follow up on leads and maintain proper records in the CRM system.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with the counseling team for client meetings.
• Achieve daily and monthly call and conversion targets.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all client interactions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (knowledge of regional languages is an advantage).
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
• Confident, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools).
• Freshers are welcome; training will be provided.
