Role Summary

Telecallers

Key Responsibilities (KRAs):

1. Make outbound calls to prospects and explain Learnlab’s services.

2. Achieve 4 hours of daily talk-time.

3. Book a minimum of 4 home demo sessions per day.

4. Maintain daily call logs and update CRM systems accurately.
5. Handle queries, objections, and follow-ups professionally.
6. Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure a smooth process.

Who Can Apply?

Freshers:

• Degree students or recent graduates
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn

Experienced (Voice Process/Telesales):

• Minimum 6 months of experience in a similar role preferred
• Confident in communication with a target-driven mindset

Salary & Benefits:

Freshers:

• Month 1 (Internship):

  ₹15,000 (In-hand)

• Post conversion (Full-Time):

  ₹25,000 (In-hand)
• Conversion possible in 1–3 months based on performance

Experienced:

• Full-Time:

  ₹25,000 (In-hand) from Day 1
