We are looking for a proactive and persuasive Customer Renewal Executive to manage and drive the renewal process for existing customers. The role involves reaching out to customers via phone calls, reminding them about upcoming or expired renewals, explaining benefits, addressing queries, and ensuring successful completion of the renewal process. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all interactions and feedback. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to existing customers regarding upcoming or lapsed renewals. Explain the benefits of renewing services/products in a clear and convincing manner. Address customer concerns or objections, and provide suitable solutions. Follow up regularly with undecided customers to ensure closure. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data in CRM systems or Excel sheets. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly renewal targets. Collaborate with other departments (e.g., support, billing) to ensure smooth renewal processing. Record feedback and customer responses for analysis and improvement. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage long-term loyalty.
