Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided database or generated leads. Present and promote products/services to potential customers. Understand customer needs and requirements to offer suitable solutions. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of calls and sales made. Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales/customer service role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent. Strong negotiation skills with a customer-oriented approach. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
