We are Looking a Tele caller for Banking & Personal Loans guides customers via phone to apply for loans, explaining products (interest rates, eligibility), collecting documents, qualifying leads, and ensuring smooth processing while hitting targets, requiring strong communication, CRM skills, and adherence to banking norms for roles in sales or recovery.  Key Responsibilities: Outbound Calling: Contact potential customers (leads) for personal loans, home loans, etc., using provided lists or generating your own. Lead Qualification: Assess customer needs, income, and eligibility by asking probing questions. Product Explanation: Clearly explain loan features, interest rates, documentation, and benefits. Documentation: Guide customers on required documents, collect them, verify information, and share with backend teams. Follow-ups: Schedule appointments, follow up on pending documents, and ensure conversion from lead to customer. Target Achievement: Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for qualified leads, applications, and conversions. Data Management: Accurately log calls, update customer records, and maintain CRM entries. Customer Service: Address queries professionally, build rapport, and ensure a smooth customer journey. Compliance: Adhere to company policies, RBI guidelines, and data privacy.
