We are looking for a dedicated Telecaller to join our dental clinic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing patient appointments, ensuring smooth communication, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
You will be tasked with scheduling, confirming, and rescheduling patient appointments, as well as sending timely reminders via phone or SMS. Additionally, you’ll handle incoming calls, answer patient inquiries regarding services and treatments, and follow up with patients after appointments to ensure their satisfaction.
Strong organizational skills, a friendly and professional attitude, and the ability to manage patient information accurately are essential. Previous experience in customer service or a healthcare setting is preferred. Join us and help create a seamless, positive experience for every patient!
