Responsibilities We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our enthusiastic and growing team. As a Telecaller, you will be the voice of our company, responsible for engaging with potential and existing clients over the phone. Your main duties will include calling customers, answering their queries, and guiding them through our services or products. You will play a key role in increasing our customer base and maintaining strong client relationships. Qualifications Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi, English, and/or local languages. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Ability to handle customer objections and convert leads into sales. Confident and persuasive telephone manner.
