About the Role

We’re looking for sharp, energetic telecallers who are confident on the phone and comfortable handling a high volume of calls. Your main responsibility will be to connect with potential leads or existing customers, pitch our services/products, and drive conversions or appointments.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided databases or leads.
Clearly explain products/services and address customer queries.
Follow call scripts and guidelines to maintain quality and consistency.
Keep accurate records of calls, feedback, and follow-ups.
Meet daily and weekly call targets and conversion goals.
Handle incoming calls and provide product/service information as needed.
Maintain a polite, professional tone at all times.

Requirements

Excellent communication skills in English – spoken and written.
Basic computer knowledge (CRM tools, Google Sheets).
Patience, persistence, and ability to handle objections.
Previous experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales is a bonus but not mandatory.
High level of self-motivation and discipline.
