About the Role

We’re looking for sharp, energetic telecallers who are confident on the phone and comfortable handling a high volume of calls. Your main responsibility will be to connect with potential leads or existing customers, pitch our services/products, and drive conversions or appointments.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided databases or leads.
• Clearly explain products/services and address customer queries.
• Follow call scripts and guidelines to maintain quality and consistency.
• Keep accurate records of calls, feedback, and follow-ups.
• Meet daily and weekly call targets and conversion goals.
• Handle incoming calls and provide product/service information as needed.
• Maintain a polite, professional tone at all times.
  

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills in English – spoken and written.
• Basic computer knowledge (CRM tools, Google Sheets).
• Patience, persistence, and ability to handle objections.
• Previous experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales is a bonus but not mandatory.
• High level of self-motivation and discipline.
