Telecaller

As a Telecaller at D Vivid Consultant, you will play a crucial role in connecting with students and parents to help them achieve their global education dreams. Your responsibilities will include: - Calling and connecting with students/parents who are planning education abroad. - Explaining the services, programs, and processes offered by the consultancy over the phone. - Scheduling appointments and encouraging visits to the Ahmedabad or Surat branches. - Updating and managing leads in the CRM system. - Following up with interested leads and assisting in lead conversion. To excel in this role, you should meet the following requirements: - Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, telemarketing, or customer service. - Excellent communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and English. - Proficiency in working with CRM software. - Previous experience in the EdTech or abroad education sector would be advantageous. - Goal-oriented, polite, and persistent attitude.
