Job Title: Telecaller

Location: Hisar, Haryana

Office Timing: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on experience and performance)

Job Description:

We are looking for a confident, empathetic, and motivated Telecaller to join our team in Hisar. The role involves interacting with potential clients over phone calls, explaining our services, scheduling appointments with therapists, and converting inquiries into confirmed sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound and receive inbound calls from leads generated through the website and campaigns.
• Explain the services offered (counselling, therapy sessions, etc.) clearly and professionally.
• Schedule appointments between clients and therapists.
• Follow up with leads who have shown interest but haven’t booked a session.
• Update client data and call records in the CRM system.
• Address client queries regarding services, pricing, session formats, and payment.
• Work towards daily/weekly targets for lead conversion and appointments.
• Coordinate internally with therapists and support staff as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass; Graduation preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi; basic English is a plus.
• Prior experience in telecalling, lead generation, customer support, or inside sales is preferred.
• Ability to handle emotionally sensitive conversations with empathy and patience.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools or data entry.
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
• Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve performance targets.
