The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, handling inbound inquiries, and promoting our products/services. You should have excellent communication skills and the ability to handle customer objections professionally. Make outbound calls to potential customers to explain products and services. Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries effectively. Maintain a database of customer information and update it regularly. Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.
