Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for enthusiastic and persuasive Telecallers to join our team. The primary responsibility is to make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to promote products/services, gather information, and generate leads to support business growth. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospects and existing customers as per the call list. Present and promote products or services clearly and confidently. Understand customer needs and provide appropriate information or solutions. Schedule appointments or follow-ups for the sales team, if required. Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information in the database or CRM. Handle customer queries and resolve minor issues during calls. Meet or exceed daily/weekly call and sales targets. Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Skills : - calls, handling customer inquiries, and meeting targets
