Job Title: Telecaller Customer Executive

  • Experience: 1 to 2 Years (Relevant experience in Telecalling, Telesales, or Customer Support is preferred)
  • Salary Range: ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 per month (Plus performance-based incentives)
  • Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

The Telecaller Customer Executive will be responsible for handling a high volume of customer interactions and contributing to our business growth.

  • Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to introduce products/services, generate interest, and qualify leads.
  • Inbound Handling: Professionally handle incoming customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide accurate information about the company's offerings.
  • Sales & Lead Generation: Follow up on leads and effectively persuade customers to purchase products or services, meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets.
  • Customer Relationship: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing excellent service and resolving complaints in a respectful and timely manner.
  • Data Management: Accurately record all call details, customer feedback, and sales activities into the CRM system (Customer Relationship Management) and maintain updated records.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on call metrics, lead status, and sales performance to the team lead.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: 1-2 years of proven experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or a similar role.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills in Hindi and Gujarati is mandatory. English proficiency is a plus.
  • Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and active listening skills. Must be resilient and able to handle customer objections and rejections professionally.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent qualification (Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Technical: Basic computer proficiency, including experience with MS Excel and familiarity with CRM software/telephone systems.
  • Location: Preference will be given to candidates who are local to Morbi or the surrounding Gujarat region.
