Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: Byteback is seeking a well-spoken and organized Telecaller cum Office Assistant to support internal operations and customer coordination in our second-hand laptop division. The role includes making follow-up calls, assisting in logistics coordination, handling office documentation, and updating Excel sheets. No sales targets or cold calling involved. Key Responsibilities: Telecalling / Coordination:Make follow-up calls to customers and vendors. Handle incoming service-related or inquiry calls and forward them to relevant departments. Share order status or service updates with customers when required. Maintain daily call logs, follow-up trackers, and coordination sheets. Office Assistance: Prepare and maintain Excel records for dispatches, QC status, and customer details. Support back-end operational tasks. Skills Required: Basic to Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel (data entry, formatting, filters). Strong communication skills (Hindi required, basic English preferred). Professional and polite in handling customer interactions. Ability to multitask and follow up systematically. Basic computer and printer handling skills. Qualification: Minimum: 12th Pass Preferred: Graduate with basic computer knowledge Experience: 0–1 years (Freshers can apply if confident and reliable) Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month (Negotiable as per skill & experience) Job Type: Full-Time (On-site) Working Days: Monday to Saturday Work Location: P-7, Site-V, Kasna Industrial Area, Greater Noida Benefits: ESIC Paid Sick Leave Provident Fund (PF) Basic English (Preferred)
