Job Responsibilities: · Daily Accounting Entries like Sale, Purchase, Cash, Bank, etc. · Prepare Courier of all Sale Vouchers · Proper filing of all accounting and company documents · Manufacturing Journal of internal Stock Transfer (Training Would be Provided) · Monthly Salary Calculation of all employees from Attendance Software (Training would be Provided) · Petty Cash Management · Coordination with CA for all GST and TDS returns · Generating reminders for all stipulated payments like Electricity, GST, ESIC, etc · Generating Barcode Stickers for Delivery (Training would be provided) · Regular message to all India mart Inquiry, Prepare Quotation and maintain data sheet. Any other accounting and admin work as per company requirements
