Our team works around the clock to ensure timely and reliable deliveries for our clients. We are now looking for a Telecaller to join our team and support our operations by reaching out to potential customers and carrier partners.

Job Role

As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to carriers and clients, introducing our logistics services, and helping build strong business relationships. This is a voice-based, target-oriented role ideal for someone who is confident on calls, persuasive, and organized.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to trucking companies, drivers, and potential clients in the U.S.
• Explain our logistics services and set up appointments or leads for the sales team
• Follow up on cold and warm leads to build relationships
• Maintain records of calls, responses, and follow-ups in the system
• Handle basic queries and forward more complex ones to the right department
• Work closely with sales and dispatch teams

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in telecalling or customer service (logistics preferred)
• Excellent spoken English and communication skills
• Strong persuasion and listening skills
• Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills
• Must be a quick learner and team player
