Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls and inbound calls to potential clients (healthcare providers, medical billing companies, clinics, etc.) across international markets.
Generate and qualify leads, build relationships, and nurture prospects until conversion.
Clearly explain service offerings, value proposition, and answer client queries.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM tools.
Work closely with sales/operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
Achieve weekly/monthly targets for calls, leads, and closures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling / inside sales / business development
(preferably in
healthcareindustry
).
Excellent communication skills (Strong command over language). Preferred neutral or US accent
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a WFH setup.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
