Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Telecaller to join our admissions team. The Telecaller will be responsible for contacting potential leads, explaining course offerings, answering queries, and following up on the inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective students and respond to inbound inquiries regarding courses.

• Provide detailed information about programs, eligibility, fees, and schedules.

• Maintain a database of calls and follow-ups using CRM tools or excel.

• Handle student queries courteously and professionally.

• Schedule counseling sessions or meetings with academic counsellors as needed.

• Carry out allocated duties diligently and within set timelines.

• Maintain proper communication etiquette and uphold the brand reputation.

Requirements:

• A graduate in any Discipline.

• Proven experience as telecaller, customer service executive or in a similar field.

• Good communication skills.

• Basic knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.

• Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.

• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

• Confident, proactive, and self-motivated.

• Ability to work independently and as a team.
