"● Candidates have to attend & answer the queries of our customers through calls & Emails related to our Business. "●They will be trained under calls, emails & the software’s we work on. " ● Recommend possible products to meet the customers’ needs ● Refer issues and questions to managers if necessary ● Prepare product and customer reports by gathering data collected during customer interactions. ● Handle and gather confidential information.
