Calling Job Summary:We are hiring a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller to handle outbound/inbound calls and generate sales or leads for our business. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a persuasive attitude to engage potential or existing customers. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers to explain products/services. Answer incoming calls from customers and resolve queries or provide information. Maintain a detailed record of calls and customer information in the CRM system. Follow up on leads and maintain consistent communication to close sales. Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets. Handle customer objections and work to resolve any concerns. Maintain professionalism and adhere to company scripts and guidelines. Provide feedback on customer interactions to improve the process.
