We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in building strong customer relationships and driving business growth through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services.
• Answer incoming calls and address customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
• Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers, addressing their needs and concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales in the database.
• Follow up with leads to convert them into customers.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
• Provide feedback on customer needs, preferences, and market trends to the team.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain patient and persuasive.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is an advantage.
