Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in building strong customer relationships and driving business growth through effective communication.

Job Title: Telecaller

Department: Sales & Marketing
Industry: Real Estate

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services.
Answer incoming calls and address customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers, addressing their needs and concerns.
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales in the database.
Follow up with leads to convert them into customers.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
Provide feedback on customer needs, preferences, and market trends to the team.

Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain patient and persuasive.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is an advantage.
