Job Description

About the Role We are looking for a smart, energetic, and confident Telecaller to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for calling potential customers, explaining our services, generating interest, and closing leads. Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers. Explain product/service details clearly and professionally. Maintain follow-ups with interested leads. Update daily call reports and CRM details. Understand customer needs and provide relevant solutions. Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets. Handle customer queries politely and efficiently. RequirementsGood communication skills (Hindi / English / Local Language). Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM entry). Ability to handle rejections and maintain positive energy. Convincing and negotiation skills. Should be punctual and target-driven. Preferred QualificationsPrior experience in telesales / telecalling / BPO is a plus. Ability to work under minimal supervision. Comfortable making 80–150 calls a day (depending on process).
