Job Overview : *We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Telecaller / Admission Counselor to manage admission enquiries, guide students in selecting the right courses, and convert potential leads into successful admissions. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a genuine passion for helping students achieve their academic and career goals. Key Responsibilities: • Handle inbound and outbound calls, as well as online admission enquiries. • Provide detailed information about courses, offer counseling, and guide students and parents on career choices. • Convert walk-ins and leads into confirmed admissions through effective follow-ups. • Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and conversions in the system. • Manage admission formalities and assist in distributing study materials and books to students. • Coordinate with management and internal teams to ensure smooth admission operations. Requirements: • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. • 0–2 years of experience in telecalling , counseling, or educational sales. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive approach. • Target-driven and confident, with excellent follow-up and relationship-building abilities. • Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office and CRM tools.
