Technical / Database Trainer

Role Overview We’re looking for a motivated Technical Trainer (Database Administration) who is passionate about teaching, mentoring, and continuous learning. The trainer will deliver engaging, hands-on sessions to help learners build both theoretical and practical skills. Key Responsibilities Deliver quality training on Database modules (online/on-site). Conduct interactive sessions and mentor learners individually or in small groups. Address student technical queries and support academic teams. Evaluate training effectiveness and apply feedback for improvement. Stay updated on emerging Database technologies and integrate them into courses. Balance theory with real-world applications for job readiness. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree or diploma (technical background preferred). Experience in technical training, teaching, or IT support preferred. Excellent communication in English & Hindi. Strong presentation, mentoring, and problem-solving skills. Passion for learning and sharing knowledge. Additional Details Weekly Off: Friday Joining: Submission of final-year original mark sheet
