Job Description: Looking for Trainer who Eager to Learn & Teach on Database Technology (Oracle Database Administration). Helping counselor for answering technical inquiries Conduct classroom sessions as per the curriculum defined. Provide extra attention for small groups or individuals to ensure concepts are understood and implemented correctly Do code review of student's practice exercises and assignments. Help the students to implement Software Engineering practices. Conducting mentoring sessions as per the course/program milestone/learning plan Conduct college seminars & workshop for Institute Self-knowledge upgrade Freshers Or Job Requirement Excellent communication (Spoken and Written) and Presentation skills Excellent at problem solving and analytical skills Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Ability to build relationships and collaborate successfully across the students & different organizations Ability to turn broad statements of direction into actionable, achievable outcomes. Quick Learner with a flair to pick up technology rapidly (Self Study) Pro-active, well organized and a thorough planner Demonstrated effective time management skills Weekly off : Friday Shift Time : 9:00 hours duty based on business requirement
