IT Faculty Trainer

Job Title: IT Trainer – Data Analyst Location: Nirman Vihar Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic IT Trainer with expertise in Data Analysis to train students and professionals on key IT concepts, analytical tools, and technologies. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, effective communication skills, and hands-on experience in data analysis and visualization. Key Responsibilities:Deliver classroom and online training sessions on Data Analytics, Excel, Power BI, Python for Data Analysis, and related IT topics. Design and develop training materials, assignments, and assessments. Guide learners through practical exercises and case studies. Evaluate trainees’ performance and provide constructive feedback. Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and emerging technologies in IT and analytics. Support curriculum enhancement and ensure alignment with industry standards. Required Skills & Tools: Mandatory: Data Analytics & Visualization Tools Expertise: Microsoft Excel (Advanced) Power BI / Tableau Python (NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Seaborn) SQL (Basic to Intermediate) Strong understanding of data cleaning, transformation, and visualization techniques. Good presentation and communication skills. Ability to simplify complex concepts for non-technical learners. Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, or a related field. Prior experience as a Trainer, Data Analyst, or IT Faculty. Certifications in Data Analytics / Power BI / Python (optional but preferred).
