Job Description

Job Title: Telecaller – Real Estate

Company: 7 Doors

Location: Baner, Pune

Experience: Minimum 6 months telecalling experience (mandatory)

Real Estate Experience: Added advantage

Gender Preference: Female candidates required only

Language Requirement: Marathi – mandatory, Hindi required, basic English preferred

Vertical: Plots / Land Projects

Role Overview

The Telecaller will be responsible for calling leads, qualifying prospects, and scheduling site visits for plotted development projects. This role is critical in ensuring continuous lead engagement and sales support for the land sales team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Calling & Follow-ups

Make outbound calls to assigned leads on a daily basis

Explain basic project details and gauge client interest

Identify hot, warm, and cold leads

Do timely and structured follow-ups without reminders

2. Lead Qualification

Understand client requirements:

Budget

Location preference

Purpose (investment / personal use)

Filter genuine prospects and forward qualified leads to the sales team

Ensure only quality leads are passed for site visits

3. Site Visit Coordination

Schedule site visits for interested clients

Coordinate with Sales Executives / Branch Manager for visit timings

Confirm visits a day before and on the same day

4. CRM & Reporting

Maintain daily call logs and follow-up records

Update lead status accurately (Interested / Not Interested / Callback)

Share daily call and follow-up reports with the Branch Manager

5. Sales Support

Support sales team by:

Re-engaging old leads

Following up with clients after site visits

Collecting feedback from prospects

Assist in promotional calling during new project launches

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 6 months telecalling experience (mandatory)

Real estate telecalling experience – preferred

Strong communication skills in Marathi (mandatory)

Pleasant voice and confident phone presence

Ability to handle objections and rejections politely

Good listening and convincing skills

Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, WhatsApp)

Disciplined, punctual, and target-oriented

Performance Metrics (KPIs)

Number of daily calls made

Follow-ups completed on time

Quality leads generated

Site visits scheduled

Accuracy of lead data and reporting

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
