Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telecaller, located in Delhi, India. The Telecaller will be responsible for contacting potential clients to introduce and promote our services, managing inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, providing detailed information about events, and maintaining a database of client interactions. Additional responsibilities include following up on leads, achieving monthly targets, and supporting overall sales strategies to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
• Experience in sales and customer service or telecalling roles
• Fluency in English and Hindi
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred
