Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telecall Executive at Bajaj General Insurance's office in Delhi. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing product information, resolving concerns, and offering tailored insurance solutions. Additionally, the role includes maintaining accurate records of interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and adhering to company policies and procedures. The role demands excellent communication skills to build and maintain professional relationships with customers.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers,Only Motor Insurance .
• Proficiency in customer service practices, issue resolution, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Ability to manage and document customer interactions accurately and diligently.
• Basic knowledge of insurance products and services is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
• Problem-solving skills and an ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Fluency in English and Hindi is essential; knowledge of additional Indian languages is a plus.
• Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or related fields is an advantage.
