Telesales Executive (Seller Onboarding & Client Outreach)

Role Overview

Telesales Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct telesales activities to onboard sellers on

    Amazon

    and other e-commerce platforms.
  • Manage

    end-to-end onboarding processes

    for

    TradeIndia

    , ensuring sellers complete all requirements.
  • Identify and reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, and follow-ups.
  • Explain product and service benefits, addressing seller/client queries effectively.
  • Guide sellers through account creation, document submission, and listing processes.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly

    sales and onboarding targets

    .
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and onboarding status in CRM systems.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with sellers and clients for long-term collaboration.
  • Provide feedback to management on market trends and seller/client challenges.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree (preferred) or equivalent work experience.
  • 0–3 years

    of telesales, inside sales, or client onboarding experience (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
  • Prior experience in

    Amazon/TradeIndia onboarding

    or e-commerce sales is a strong plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (regional languages a plus).
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office and CRM tools.
