Job Description

Job Summary:

The Sales Officer is responsible for driving sales, building customer relationships, and achieving the sales targets of the assigned territory or product line. The role involves identifying potential customers, promoting products/services, negotiating deals, and ensuring a seamless sales process while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Achievement:
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall company goals.
  • Monitor sales performance and report on progress regularly.
  • Lead Generation and Conversion:
  • Identify and qualify potential leads through market research and referrals.
  • Conduct product presentations and convert leads into customers.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Address customer queries and provide solutions to meet their needs.
  • Market Analysis:
  • Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve product offerings and sales strategies.
  • Sales Process Management:
  • Execute the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery of products/services.
  • Reporting:
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports to the manager.
  • Share insights on customer needs and market dynamics.

  • Ability to analyze market data and identify sales opportunities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office tools.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales or a similar role is preferred.
  • Fluency in malayalam and english is an advantage.

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
