Tele Sales Executive ICA Edu Skills (Kolkata Head Office)

Location: Kolkata Head Office (Unit No. ECSL1401, Ambuja Neotia Eco center, Business Park, EM Block, Sector V, Salt Lake, Kolkata, West Bengal 700091)

Job Type: Full-time | Work From Office

Salary: 15,000 25,000 CTC (Based on experience)

Experience: 1 to 5 Years

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads through outbound calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach & referrals.
Have to do cold calling to potential client.
Make outbound/inbound calls to potential client.
Explain products/services clearly and convincingly.
Generate leads and convert them into sales.
Maintain daily call reports and update the CRM.
Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain client relationships.
Follow up with existing leads to ensure closure.
Handle customer queries professionally and provide solutions

Required Skills

Strong communication & convincing ability.

Self-motivated and target-driven.

Comfortable with outbound calling & lead follow-up.

Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM preferred).

Ability to build rapport with students/parents.
