We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our Customer Service team. The role involves handling customer queries, providing accurate solutions, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Candidates with prior call center experience will have an added advantage, but freshers with strong communication and interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries efficiently.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through courteous and effective communication.
• Maintain call logs, records, and customer interactions in the system.
• Meet performance metrics and quality standards.
• Adapt to rotational shifts as required.
• Upsell or cross-sell services/products where applicable.

Requirements & Skills:

Technical/Domain Skills:

• Basic computer operation knowledge.
• Ability to navigate multiple systems and applications efficiently.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
• Strong customer service orientation with attention to detail.
• Dependable, with good listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Sales skills and willingness to learn new processes.

Communication Skills:

• Clear voice with good clarity.
• Accent neutrality and fluency in English.
• Strong grammar and spoken communication skills.
• Ability to engage customers politely and effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 6 months or more experience in customer service or call center roles (preferred but not mandatory).
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
