Job Description

Profile :- Telesales Executive Location :- Noida For more details call/ whatsapp - 8130991006 • Make outbound calls to potential customers to explain banking and financial products (Personal Loan, Salaried Overdraft, ). • Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information • Generate and follow up on leads to convert them into clients • Maintain a database of customer interactions and update call records • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets as assigned • Coordinate with sales and operations teams for client follow-ups and on boarding • Ensure compliance with internal processes and industry regulations Required Skills & Qualifications: • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Basic knowledge of financial/banking products • Proficient in using CRM and calling software • Good negotiation and persuasion abilities • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets Minimum Experience: • 1 year of experience in telesales within the banking sector in loan industry only. Educational Qualification: • Minimum 12th Pass (Higher Secondary); Graduation preferred Salary Range: 23K to 25K ctc per month. Extra Benefit: Incentive Regards Lucky B 8130991006
